Aviflush Oral Powder

Product Overview

Avi Flush by Avicenna Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd. is an oral powder for poultry and cattle. Each 100 gm contains Methenamine USP 95 gm. Methenamine reaches the urinary tract unchanged, where it is slowly hydrolyzed into formaldehyde, described as an antiseptic and diuretic.

Indications

Indications include helping wash away toxicity, fungal and urinary bacterial infections including E. coli, soluble solids in groundwater, oedema and nephritis. It also increases urine output.

Dosage and Storage

Poultry: 1 gm per liter of drinking water for 2–3 days. Cattle: 1 gm per 10 kg body weight in drinking water for 2–3 days. Available in 100 gm and 500 gm packs. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from heat and light.
