AVI-BRO with Menthol (Oral Liquid)

Product Overview

Avi-Bro with Menthol is an oral liquid expectorant by Avicenna Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd. Each 1000 ml contains Bromhexine HCl 50 g (5%).

Indications

Used for respiratory tract diseases associated with retained mucoid secretions, such as bronchitis, and as ancillary therapy in bronchopneumonia in horses, cattle, dogs, cats and poultry. It is also used to support respiration of amniotic fluid in newborn animals.

Dosage and Administration

Give in drinking water: Poultry, 1 ml per 20 liters for 3–5 days; cattle, 1 ml per 100 kg body weight for 5–7 days; horses, 1–2.5 ml per 500 kg for 5–7 days; dogs and cats, 0.5–1 ml per 50 kg for 5–7 days.

Precautions and Packing
